Job summary

Apprenticeship Vacancy - 1 x Fixed Term contract opportunity for up to 19 months

Are you looking to build a long-term career while making a difference to the community? Then look no further! If you are organised, enthusiastic & want to work hard in providing a successful service, then we want you to be part of our Learning Disabilities Administration team.

You will be providing administrative support to the Learning Disabilities Service and alongside this full-time administrative role, you will be enrolled in the Business Apprenticeship Programme and will be expected to study and complete assignments to achieve a recognised Level 3 Business Administration qualification. The apprenticeship will include the expectation to complete the L3 Business Administration Apprenticeship within a19-monthtimeframe which includes an end point assessment.

Your salary will be £10,132.00 per year. After 12 months, the salary will increase to national minimum wage. The opportunities to upskill will continue as further higher-level apprenticeships are available upon completion of the Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship for suitable candidates.

The successful candidate will provide a high level confidential administrative support to the Learning Disabilities service and will need to main Trust Values throughout all aspects of their work. They will be expected to work as part of a team in delivering an effective service, and assisting clinical staff to ensure that services meet the operational needs.

  • Nurses, Psychologists, Therapists and Social Care. They also have Consultant and Medical Teams attached, supported by medical secretaries.
  • The team is under the Trust's Adult Community Directorate, and is based at Leckhampton Lodge, alongside other specialist community teams.
