Job Details
Site Redevelopment are seeking to recruit an Apprentice Project Manager to join their team. This is a developmental role for individuals seeking to progress to a Project Manager position. As part of their role they will be required to complete a fully funded Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship with an approved external training provider. Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, it is expected that the individual will move into a permanent Project Manager role within the team. We will ensure that the post holder is granted appropriate opportunities, time (within core working hours) to support completion of this qualification. In return, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn, develop and embrace all of the varied opportunities that this role will offer.

Main duties of the job
The purpose of this role is to contribute to the delivery of the site redevelopment scheme by supporting the delivery of individual projects and works packages. This will include supporting the design, tendering, liaison with consultants and contractors, agreeing standards (and ensuring they are met) and acceptance of work package s .
