As a Sales Advisor Apprentice at Wolseley you will be working towards the Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Level 2 alongside your daily roles and responsibilities.

Your responsibilities will include;

- Sales - You will perform manual handling activities and become qualified to use the appropriate forklift. Banksman Skills. Being careful and considerate to the environment

- Customer Service - You will be expected to provide a high quality service to the customer - understanding and satisfying customers' needs and exceeding their expectations

- Stock control/management - Having a broad knowledge of products in the warehouse, basic understanding of warehouse standards and processes will be required

- Problem Solving - You may be required to make decisions in difficult circumstances or when information is incomplete. For this, you'll need to take considered risks to meet customers needs

- Branch administration - For this, basic computer skills are essential, whilst being able to perform basic arithmetic and accurately check and compare alphanumeric information such as product codes
