What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Apprentice Engineers will study Civil Engineering undergraduate degree, over a five-year period, on a day release program with London Southbank University (LSBU). This degree apprenticeship offers a cost-free route to professional qualification, combining undergraduate education with on-the-job training. At the end of your university course, you will recieve a degree apprenticeship, with BEng (hons). Also, the apprentice will have the oportunity to continue working at the company to further their career and also help other apprentices.

Blue Engineering have won awards for its Apprenticeship Programme. Our Managing Partner, James Nevin, has recently become an Ambassador for the London Apprenticeship Ambassador Network where he champions Apprentices.

"The modern Degree Apprenticeship is a fantastic way for a school leaver to develop their career. The university fees are all paid, and they get paid whilst they are trained. When finished, our apprentices are far stronger than those who choose the traditional full time University route and have higher salaries." James Nevin, Managing Partner.
