What will the apprentice be doing?
The Commercial Quantity Surveying teams within Wates are largely responsible for the contractual and financial management of a project. A combination of law, business and finance skills are used to manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, designers, sub-contractors and suppliers. Our commercial teams play a vital role in the construction of our projects.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
HNC Level 4 Quantity Surveying through Chichester College on a block release basis: Construction quantity surveying technician standard
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
You would be looking to move into a management role on a successful completion of this program. If you already hold a construction based degree you may progress onto your chartership.

Driving licence required as this role location will vary across the Region. Travel will be required based on certain projects
