What will the apprentice be doing?
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful candidate will work towards a level 4 qualification in project management.
Either before or during the apprenticeship, apprentices will be required to achieve level 2 qualifications in English and mathematics prior to taking end point assessment (EPA). Apprentices are required to achieve a suitable level of knowledge as part of their development such that they achieve an IPMA Level D qualification or APM Project Management qualification, prior to their EPA.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
It is our aim to offer full-time, permanent employment to anyone completing an apprenticeship with us. Many of our skilled workforce started as apprentices.

- To agree timescales, costs and resources needed
- Manage and lead the trade team
- Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services
- Make sure that each stage of the job is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards and to carry out associated admin tasks
- To meet all deadlines including Service Level Agreements
- To enable quick completion of tasks in all aspects of property assessment, admin, planning, audit and occasionally manual work when required and any other such duties as are deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the company
