What will the apprentice be doing?
Initially we will provide you with a baseline Bookkeeping course to help build the foundations of your knowledge and skills.
During your first year you will be working within the audit and accounts departments with additional training so that you can carry out your assignments with confidence and support. Your leadership,management and teamwork skills will also be developed. You will undertake a number of Certificate and Professional exam papers during your first year with study leave provided.
Typically, during your second and third years you will be undertaking more responsibility and managing assignments yourself but always with guidance and support at hand.You will gain valuable knowledge of different aspects of :
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
As an Accounting Apprentice with BPP, you will complete the Accountancy Taxation Professional Apprenticeship at Level 7. Within the apprenticeship you will undertake the ICAEW ACA
professional qualification.
The apprenticeship will be completed at a BPP centre or via the Online Classroom platform, in addition to at the workplace.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
We are looking for our students to become the managers for our future. Many of our current Assistant Managers,Managers,Directors and Partners started their career with us as an ACA graduate.
