What will the apprentice be doing?
This is an exciting and rare opportunity to be involved in operational aspects of the Human Resources team, core activities are centred around but not limited to:
- Delivery of an efficient and effective HR support to the organisation.
- Supporting the day to day running of the HR function.
- Supporting the wider management team.
- Liaising with employees in all areas of the business.
- Assuring confidentiality in all activities.
- Constant use of Microsoft packages, word, excel and other bespoke systems.
- Supporting the recruitment process.
- Maintenance of associated records.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures in order to advise employees.
- Other related tasks as directed.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 5 HR Business Partner Apprenticeship Standard.
This apprenticeship will be delivered in the workplace and will include regular live, interactive webinars which will be supported by an experienced Total People Learning Coach.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full time position for the right candidate following successful completion of the apprenticeship process. This will be based upon company finances at the time
