Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in a new apprenticeship role. As an Apprentice Project Support Officer, you will receive extensive workplace training in addition to completing a Level 4 qualification in Project Management.

We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn new skills, has good organisational skills and is able to work calmly under pressure.

As the Project Support Officer Apprentice you will be part of the Programme Management Office (PMO), which comprises of a team of project professionals concerned with improving the successful delivery of projects by providing a range of Project & Programme Management services across Improvement Cymru.

Main duties of the job

Improvement Cymru is the national quality improvement service for NHS Wales delivered by Public Health Wales. Our goal is to work with NHS Wales and its partner organisations to achieve sustainable, measurable improvements so that the services offered to patients are safer, more effective and timely.
