Bwthyn custom blend fragrances that tell the tales of the rich history and mysticism of Wales. We have a retail boutique at 47 Cardiff Road and hand craft all of our products on site. Bwthyn also offers a candle making experience where people can come in and experience making their own. Duties: We are looking to recruit a Customer Service apprentice to provide a high-quality experience for customers. What your role will include - • Taking calls and digital enquiries • Answering customer queries • Taking new bookings/sales • Assisting with existing bookings • Resolving problems and managing customer expectations • You will also be supporting the wider business and its teams with administrative duties, data entry and any other ad-hoc activities.
The role will encompass an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (potentially leading to NVQ level 3 in Customer Service)
What we need - • Good ICT skills and able to use Microsoft Office effectively • Great written and spoken communication skills • Someone who is polite, with a can-do attitude • Compassion for helping and giving advice to customers • Someone who is willing to learn and listen to our customers
