About the apprenticeship


We are a small family run boutique based in Caerphilly looking to grow our business with fun and energetic individuals that will support us with our exciting growth plans.

Bwthyn custom blend fragrances that tell the tales of the rich history and mysticism of Wales. We have a retail boutique at 47 Cardiff Road and hand craft all of our products on site. Bwthyn also offers a candle making experience where people can come in and experience making their own.
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service apprentice to provide a high-quality experience for customers.
What your role will include -
• Taking calls and digital enquiries
• Answering customer queries
• Taking new bookings/sales
• Assisting with existing bookings
• Resolving problems and managing customer expectations
• You will also be supporting the wider business and its teams with administrative duties, data entry and any other ad-hoc activities.

Additional information

The role will encompass an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (potentially leading to NVQ level 3 in Customer Service)



What we need -
• Good ICT skills and able to use Microsoft Office effectively
• Great written and spoken communication skills
• Someone who is polite, with a can-do attitude
• Compassion for helping and giving advice to customers
• Someone who is willing to learn and listen to our customers
