KPMG Black Heritage Talent Insight Programmes
Aimed primarily at students of Black heritage, these paid, 3-day programmes (3rd – 5th April inclusive) give you the opportunity to immerse yourself into life at KPMG, and see how you could make a meaningful difference in a career with us - for our clients, our people, communities and the planet.
On these programmes, we’ll empower you to build your confidence, develop new skills and gain learning that will last you a lifetime. You’ll have the chance to meet inspirational people from our diverse KPMG community, broaden your professional network and explore the breadth of career opportunities we offer.
Whilst on the programme, you’ll also have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on one of our 2023 Apprenticeship programmes.

This paid insight programme provides an opportunity to find out what it’s like to work for a leading professional services firm whilst gaining valuable practical experience to kick-start your career. You’ll learn about the world of work, develop your skills and start building those all-important professional networks.
What we look for
Our Black Heritage Talent Insight Programmes are open to students finishing Year 13/S5-S6 in 2023 or who have already finished Year 13/S5-S6 and are looking to start an apprenticeship career in autumn 2023. Our Apprenticeships
