About the programme

Over three years, you'll develop a deep understanding of how we run our bank and you'll complete an industry recognised qualification.

Our graduates focus on keeping their knowledge up to date when it comes to the impact of the changing financial services environment, and how it impacts our business.

Over the three years in this programme you can look forward to:

•A Chartered Accountancy qualification

•Developing your Finance expertise and explore what we deliver through control, expertise, advisory and transactional services

•Understanding and helping us manage our balance sheet, reporting on our financial performance and developing long term financial strategies

•Hone excellent relationship management skills, by managing multiple stakeholders from different parts of our business

From day one, you'll have a wide network of dedicated people to support you, including a line manager, placement manager, mentor and a buddy. They'll be with you, every step of the way, to answer your questions, help build your professional network and support you in your career development.

You'll complete at least one rotation in an alternative location, i.e. London graduates will spend at least one rotation in Edinburgh and vice versa.

You'll be rewarded with a starting salary of GBP30,700. On top of your salary you'll also have access to our flexible benefits package.

At the end of the three years, we hope to see you join us in a permanent role and, as your experience grows, you'll be developing the skills that could open the door on roles including:

•Specialist roles in Treasury, Strategy and Corporate Development

•Managerial roles in Financial Control

•Business Partner roles in our customer facing businesses

About you

To be eligible for our Finance programme, you'll have, or be on course for a 2:1 degree.
