The role involves planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns to clients which consist of a combination of pay per click advertising on Google AdWords, SEO, social media and emails. You will be working together with other individuals to create and manage these marketing campaigns.

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

* Plan Marketing campaigns

* Run social media and email campaigns

* Using Adobe software to create marketing material e.g PhotoShop

* Work independently researching keywords to target using online tools

* Managing a variety of social media on a daily basis

* Run PPC campaigns (Google ad words)

* Engaging with potential customers through phone calls and live chat through the website

* Using Microsoft Word and Excel to record data

* Improve ranking of the website using SEO strategies

* Learning the basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

* An enthusiasm for SEO or digital marketing

* A fast learner

* Ability to present and communicate confidently

* A team player

* Experience with creating content for websites, ranking websites, Excel and Google analytics

* Analytical, organised and a fast learner

* Ability to present and communicate confidently

* Good analytical skills.

* A strong interest in digital communications and marketing.

Training to be provided

Advanced Digital Marketer apprenticeship standard

The successful candidate will undertake an eighteen month nationally recognised qualification through TDM

This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in a training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions

You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours which will lead to the achievement of the qualification.

These block weeks will take place at either of our training centres, in Birmingham or Worcester, whichever is more suitable for your location

You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of programme will be assessed via an external assessment body

This is a Level 3 qualification

KM1 Principles of Coding

KM2 Marketing Principles

KM3 Digital Marketing Business Principles
