Job Summary

Based in Feering, Stationery UK Ltd are on the hunt to recruit a motivated and hard working individual as a Customer Service Apprentice! This is an exciting position offering full training and future progression routes, you will also be working towards a Customer service Level 2 Standard which would be delivered by Key Training Ltd!

Stationery UK are looking to take on a Customer Service Apprentice to join their busy and expanding team in Colchester!

The main duties will be varied but will include;

  • General administration duties including filing, scanning, photocopying.
  • Being the first point of contact for visiting customers.
  • Answering customer calls (inbound and outbound).
  • Dealing with customer questions and problems.
  • Processing orders.
  • Answering email queries.

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate!

Monday - Friday (9:00 am-5:00 pm) 1 Hour lunch.

Total hours per week: 35.00.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

It is desired that the successful candidate will hold A-C/9-4 grades in English and Math's. However if these are not achieved Key Training Ltd will provide support and upskill in these subjects through Functional Skills.

Training to be provided

  • 1-2-1 training and support from Key Training to deliver the Level 2 in Customer Service.
  • Functional Skills in Maths and English (if needed).
  • Full in house company training.

After completion of the apprenticeship, if hard work has been shown throughout there is the potential for there to be a full-time position available within the company.
