Business and Client Administration Apprentice

Working within a small, friendly team, you will be an integral part of the business.

Responsibilities

You will learn:

• Answering calls and emails from customers
• Dealing with orders
• Producing quotes
• Processing Sales and Purchase Orders using
• Arranging deliveries and entering relevant details in the on-line portals
• Spreadsheets
• Working as part of a team
• Monitoring stock levels
• Working with suppliers and manufacturers
• Following up orders, managing delays, issues or complaints should they arise
• Preparing and sending product samples
• Calling existing customers

Business Administrator Training:

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as:

• Project management
• Systems & processes
• Business structures and so much more.

You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Business Administrator Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021. We also boast the highest Ofsted rating, which only a select few training providers in the region have.
