Business Administration & Operations Apprentice

Eco Green Partners LTD, a leading provider of sustainable energy packages, are looking for a Business Administrator Apprentice to join the team & help ensure that their Company office runs efficiently and smoothly.

Eco Green Partners will ensure that your duties are wide and varied, providing an excellent opportunity to further your knowledge & understanding in a fast-growing organisation and industry.

Responsibilities

As Business Administrator, you’ll be responsible for being the first point of contact for the Company.

As part of the Sales, HR & Admin team, you will be expected to proactively take on the administrative tasks of others, using your initiative to help wherever possible.

You’ll learn & carry out a variety of tasks, including:

• Front-of-house duties, including answering the telephone & greeting visitors
• Assisting with research tasks
• Supporting office team and engineering teams with various tasks
• Assisting with managing the social media platforms
• Ordering office supplies
• Office organisation
• Making bookings for travel & events

Training

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering topics such as:

• Project management
• Systems & processes
• Business structures and so much more.

You will undertake the ground-breaking Professional Apprenticeships Business Administrator Level 3 qualification. Professional Apprenticeships hold the title of Bristol and Bath Apprenticeship Training Provider of the Year for 2021.
