A great opportunity has arisen at complete business solutions in Cardiff
They are looking for an apprentice to join the sales Purchasing team. During your apprenticeship, you will learn how to cost and code products including adding addresses and maintain specific databases including data entry, raise prospecting lists, raise quotes and orders, input information onto the CRM system, clean database, assist with promotions, raise letters, some credit control,
set up accounts, source products.
Duties will include:
· Responding to e-mails
· Dealing with telephone enquiries
· Creating invoices and issuing receipts
· Processing and filing incoming mail
· Photocopying
· Raise prospecting lists
· Raise quotes and orders
· Input information onto the CRM system
· Clean database
· Assist with promotions
· Raise letters
· Credit control
· Set up accounts
· Source products
You will carry out general administration duties, communicate with internal colleagues and reps via e-mail and phone, and any other duties as required by the business.
On the job training is provided to support the successful applicant.
As an apprentice you will complete a business administration qualification, which will include support from your own vocational learning advisor who will visit you on a regular basis, to deliver the training and coaching to the apprentice.
To become an apprentice, you must:
- be 16 or over
- not already be in full-time education
You can start an apprenticeship whether you’re starting your career, want a change or you're upskilling in your current job. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
As an apprentice you’ll:
- have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace
- learn and train for a specific job
- get paid and receive holiday leave
- get hands-on experience in a real job
- study for at least 20% of your working hours
- complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship
- be on a career path with lots of future potential
