Fiscale are looking for an enthusiastic and vibrant person to join their expanding IT team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Hardware and software set up, training and support

  1. Setting up user training for computer hardware and software
  2. Install and configure systems and conduct user training for the Hub CRM and ClientSide
  3. Provide technical support for ClientSide embedded on client premises
  4. Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
  5. Prepare and maintain user manuals on all systems
  6. Contribute to and maintain system standards
  7. Maintain all software used in the business such as remote desktop, Hub CRM, Creditsafe, ClientSide, EchoSign and AMLCC, Microsoft applications and TaxCalc, including managing updates
  8. Configuring and maintaining company mobiles and assisting users
  9. Provide first line support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues
  10. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures.
  11. Coordinate and communicate with impacted internal and external clients
  12. Liaising with third party suppliers
  13. Ad hoc projects to improve the company's systems and use of IT

Maintenance:

  1. Perform periodic performance reporting to support capacity planning
  2. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required

Qualifications required

Ideally a minimum 4 GCSE's C and above Including Maths, English and ICT (or equivalents)
