A fantastic opportunity has arisen at MC Products UK LTD for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their expanding team. Candidates will be required to perform a full range of design and marketing activities for multiple e-commerce Web sites and their rapidly growing customer base.

As well as doing digital marketing you will also be involved in the creation and maintenance of web pages and marketing emails. Since their inception in 1986 MC Products UK Ltd have quickly positioned themselves as the UK’s leading tactical supply company. Combined their web sites handle more than 45,000 unique hits per month from clients around the globe. MC Products UK Ltd supply dozens of police forces here in the UK, including the Metropolitan Police, Greater Manchester Police, Scottish Police, West-Midlands Police, and approximately 30 others, including the Civil Nuclear Constabulary.

We also export our equipment to over two dozen countries throughout the world, including multiple European, Asian, and North and South American forces. MC Products’ equipment is used on every continent, except Antarctica.


The successful candidate will be enrolled on to a Digital Marketing Level 3 Apprenticeship and will learn how to: 

  • Create marketing campaigns 
  • Define market segments 
  • Create social ads 
  • Create AdWords campaigns 
  • Email marketing campaigns 
  • Develop outstanding content for business 
  • Analyse and Evaluate campaigns 
  • Web Design 
  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) 
  • Blogging 
  • Content Marketing 
  • Social Media Marketing They will also learn the principles of coding, an ideal introduction to web design and development.

After the 15 months, the apprentice will be awarded with:

  • Digital Marketer Level 3 Standard 
  • Certificate in Principles of Marketing or Certificate in Digital Marketing 
  • Award in Principles of Coding 
  • Google Analytics IQ 
  • DOT Native Certification 
  • CIW Social Media Strategist or Adobe Photoshop Certificate 
  • Level 2 Functional Skills Maths* 
  • Level 2 Functional Skills English* *If required.

Any person that comes onto our apprenticeship programmes will in addition to the apprenticeship qualification have access to over 500 e-learning courses which you will gain certification for any undertaken. These are optional and not a requirement of the apprenticeship programme and totally free of charge.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements

  • Have a good knowledge of the internet and business / marketing in general. 
  • Have experience using Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Professional Digital Camera, and Adobe Creative Cloud software. 
  • Be smart and ambitious. 
  • The ability to write clearly and accurately in English 
  • Entitlement to work in UK and have held UK residency for at least 3 years 
  • Have a grade A-C in Maths and English or equivalent (desirable) minimum 
  • Have some knowledge of design (desirable)

Salary - £6 per hour

Monday – Thursday 9am - 5:00pm

Friday 9am – 2:00pm.

28 Holidays (inc Bank)
