Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.
Duties: [covers]
IT:
- Use multiple IT packages relevant to the business to write letters, emails, create proposals, perform financial process.
- Record and analyse data, update and review databases from multiple sources.
Record and document production:
- Produce accurate records and documents including emails, letters, reports and drafting correspondence.
- Writing reports for the organisation, maintaining records and files.
- Handle confidential information in accordance to organisational procedures.
Decision making:
- Exercises proactivity and good judgement.
- Makes effective decisions based on sound reasoning and is able to deal with challenges in a mature way.
- Seeks advice of more experienced team members when appropriate.
Planning and organisation:
- Manages resources e.g. equipment or facilities.
- Organises meetings and events, takes minutes during meetings and creates action logs as appropriate.
- Takes responsibility for logistics e.g. travel and accommodation.
Project management:
- Uses relevant project management principles and tools to scope, plan, monitor and report.
- Plans required resources to successfully deliver projects.
- Undertakes and leads projects as and when required.
Coaching:
- Coaching others in the process required to complete tasks, motivates and shares best practice.

Entry requirements:
The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:
- 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Future prospects:
Progression upon completion of apprenticeship to level 4 or a full time position.
