Job Description:
**£307.69 TO £346.15 per week depending on experience**

Practice wide responsibilities
• Act in a professional manner at all times in the execution of your job role.

• Be proactive in exercising project wide responsibilities.

• Promote efficiencies in administration tasks though proactively collaborating and stimulating innovation to increase the quality and productivity of administration and technical staff.
Job Responsibilities
The job responsibilities described hereafter are a guide and all employees will be expected to undertake tasks as directed by Partners.
- Proactively assist in the delivery of all administrative tasks related to the project in accordance with Practice Procedures and Document Presentation Guidance Notes and templates. This to include the provision of audio and copy typing, Power Point presentations, spread sheet data entry, as well as proactively managing project related telephone, email, post and fax traffic.
• Assist with liaison with the client organisation, contractors and partner companies to develop and enhance communication and deliver accurate and timely information.
• Undertake project electronic and hard copy and archive filing systems in accordance with relevant protocols and ensure adherence to all AFI procedures.
• Working with the Project Team Administrator, ensure that all project client directories on our intranet are up to date.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation relating to tender submissions/ pre-qualification questionnaires/general marketing material/ contract documentation including but not restricted to specifications, schedules, employers requirements, forms of agreement.
• Provide relief switchboard/reception duties as required.
Working Practices
• Undertake all duties in accordance with practice procedures where applicable.
• Highlight best practice and aid its development throughout the organisation in liaison with the Head of Central Business Support and Group Head.
• Collaboratively provide support and assistance to Project Team Support and Project Team Administrators throughout the Practice.
Personal Specification (knowledge, skills, experience)
• Basic level Microsoft Word.
• Basic level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Desire to grow in a proactive office administration role.
• Experience in copy typing.

Training Provided:
As a Business Administration Apprentice with BPP, you will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures and workplace support.
Qualification Requirements:
English and Maths GCSE (5/C-grade and above)
Personal Qualities & Skills:
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
Microsoft Teams and Adobe InDesign (not essential)
Good English, grammar, punctuation and spelling
Organisational skills
Communication skills
Team player
Friendly
Enthusiastic
Conscientious (likes to complete work to a high standard and on time)
Quick learner
