Duties

Supporting the Manager in the day to day management of the bar & restaurant
Proactive management of the team
Full service responsibilities
Promotion of the brand and the restaurant to increase top line sales
Complaint Handling
All aspects of health & safety

Additional information

30 hour week, your hours may increase to 40 some weeks to suit the needs of the business
Your shifts will include evenings and weekends
This vacancy may close early if the right candidate is found and you may be asked to interview before the date provided
The wage will be from £9.50 per hour this will be discussed at interview
