About the apprenticeship

Duties

Sign management - working on a portal to order ‘for sale' and ‘to let' signs. Managing the signs through SOLD STTC, LET AGREED stages, etc. through to sign collection.
Management of window displays - using software to prepare displays. Updating displays with price changes and when properties are sold.
Scanning - scanning of paper documents and uploading to cloud-based software to maintain our aim to be as paperless as possible.
Certificates - responsibility for flagging expiring certificates to Property Managers and assisting with the arrangement of new certificates.
Key management - signing keys in and out of the office.

Requirements

Skills

Hard-working, personable, polite, respectful, honest, patient, determined, resilient, well-organised. Effective communicator (verbal & written); good problem solving skills; team player; good time-keeping.

Qualifications

GCSEs at grade D/3 or above in English and Mathematics are essential. Grades C/4 and above are desirable.

Applicants with higher GCSE grades have the opportunity to be fast-tracked
