Estio Training has an exciting new opportunity for an Apprentice Software Developer with Candy MC Ltd, an ISO Consultancy and Health & Safety compliance company based in Hazel Grove. Greater Manchester.

Job Description:

To assist the marketing team with its marketing activities. Predominantly these include implementing our SEO strategy (keyword research, competitor analysis, writing SEO-optimised content) and other types of creation such as blog writing, creating social media assets and marketing flyer, brochures, email campaigns etc.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Assisting the Marketing Manager to run company social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
• Implementing our SEO (search engine optimisation) strategy.
• Supporting with content creation including research to generate content for social media channels, blog writing, newsletters, email marketing, and videos.
• Creating dynamic written, graphic, and video content.
• Assisting with delivering and monitoring campaigns and social media management with projects and events.
• Writing and distributing e-newsletters to subscribers to generate leads.
• Collecting data to track performance – including social media & website analytics.
• Using timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimise visits.
• Assisting with the creation of digital and physical flyers.
• Administration to support the Marketing and Sales function where required.
• Generating sales data and identifying opportunities for partnerships.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Desirable Skills:

• Canva.
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, premiere pro)
• WordPress.
• SEMrush or similar tools.
• Social media channels: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook.
• Hootsuite/Buffer.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

• Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
• Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
• Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
