An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice administrator to join the Cambridge and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) South Administration Hub working within the Liaison Psychiatry administrative team based at Addenbrooke's Hospital.
The ideal person would be eager to progress and develop their career within the NHS. As the apprenticeship will be personalised to you, this can easily be achieved within the timeframe if you are driven to succeed. Main duties of the job
Working hours Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.
Duties include:
- Undertaking a range of clerical duties including, filing, photocopying, typing, scanning and uploading documents.
- Reception tasks including: receiving phone calls and visitors, and booking rooms.
- Arranging meetings and appointments as and when required.
- Accurately input and retrieve data on the relevant electronic system, in a timely manner in line with the standard operating procedures.
- Ensure good customer service by providing a professional and effective service by dealing with queries from service users, carers or staff in person or on the telephone, convey messages and transfer calls as necessary while maintaining confidentiality atall times.
- Assist with maintaining stocks and supplies and use resources effectively, efficiently and economically.
- To communicate effectively and liaise with a wide range of staff, service users, and visitors.
- Use electronic patient records as appropriate and as instructed, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Typing of letters, summaries and reports.
