An exciting opportunity has arisen for Health Care Assistants apprentices to work for the Urgent Care Response service

Main duties of the job

We are currently looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible individuals that will perform a pivotal role within the Urgent Care Response team, giving you the opportunity to show how you can provide an innovative service to adults within the community as well as contributing to a comprehensive care plan for the individual service user.

  • Experience of working in a rehabilitation setting.

  • English and Maths GCSE/Good standard of education
  • NVQ level II in Health and Social Care or Equivalent.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Basic IT Skills
  • Able to work in a team
  • Able to work independently
  • Awareness of the needs of a multicultural, socially diverse population
  • Awareness of responsibilities related to Safeguarding Vulnerable adults and children
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates awareness of the needs of individuals' minority groups.
  • Demonstrates awareness of the responsibility to Safeguard Vulnerable adults and children.
