What will the apprentice be doing?
At this early stage of a career, the responsibilities start basic and build over time. Your responsibilities will first grow to be:

Once settled into the business, we would select an appropriate Degree Level Apprenticeship for you to enroll on. We believe the Business Management Degree at London South Bank University (LSBU) is a good choice for building a career in business. These apprenticeships typically take 4 years, and you receive a BA (Hons) degree on successful completion.
You do not need to pay for any training costs and therefore this is an excellent way to get a degree for free. See details here:
During term time, your working week would change to four days in the office and one day at college.
Upon successful completion, you will gain Chartered manager (degree) apprenticeship standard.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once you have completed your apprenticeship, you will be offered the chance to stay on with Blue.

One important thing to note is that we require candidates to have full eligibility to work in the UK without a Sponsored Visa

- Create and update records, keep the digital filing in order
- Maintain the office
- Manage purchases for the office
- Raise and chase client invoices
- Manage phone calls and post
- Manage and set up meetings
- Organise the staff socials
- Take minutes for key meetings
- Keep tabs on changes that would improve our environment
