What will the apprentice be doing?

A typical day
  • Responsible for coordinating written communications
  • Assist in creation and upload of internal communication sites
  • Support day to day operational management, including responding to employee queries
  • Supporting with preparation of Firmwide communications & presentations
  • Support in review of templates for HR specific documentation
  • Work on ad-hoc projects within Human Resources
  • Maintain strong relationships between wider team and Business
  • Roles & responsibilities vary, but you'll gain exposure to these functions:
  • Recruitment: responsible for attracting, recruiting & retaining talented students for our Analyst & Associate programs
  • Diversity: rolls out regular training to employees and participates in recruiting programs & events to promote & encourage diversity
  • Learning & Development: provide training courses & knowledge resources; identify career development paths, performance improvements
    HR Business Partners: work closely with their internal client group to manage ongoing & strategic human capital issues; responsible for performance management & employee relations
  • Benefits: responsible for managing, monitoring & developing benefit programs for the UK
