What will the apprentice be doing?
  • Perform routine statistical analysis
  • Support senior team members in new projects by producing analysis and documents as required
  • Explore and analyse any and all available data to influence future projects and initiatives
  • Summarise and present the results of data analysis to a range of stakeholders
  • Identify new sources of data both internally and externally that would allow us to drive our business model forward at a faster pace
  • Support senior team members in telling stories with data within presentations
  • Provide operational data to the Teams
  • Assist with data extractions, transformations, uploads and downloads
  • Monitor and maintain the company Key Performance Indicators.
  • Manipulate data (format, remove and add data / tables) in Excel.
  • Support standardisation of reporting across all areas of the group where possible
  • Identifying and collecting data from a range of internal and external systems.
  • Assist in the production of performance dashboards and reports.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
  • Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship Standard
  • Remote delivery
  • 18 month duration with 15 months of the learning period and 3 months end point assessment

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
  • We always look to promote or advance from within and are looking for someone who will hopefully continue to work with the company full time after the apprenticeship has ended
