About the apprenticeship
Duties
Daily use of the in-house workflow customer management system for planning work, raising jobs and invoicing.
Deliver exceptional customer service while dealing with all customers and ensure there is always a point of contact for the customer within our operations department.
Liaise with other Departments and Engineers to allocate work and resolve queries.
Answering the telephone, responding to emails and any other relevant office duties.
Work with the accounts team to resolve any queries on invoicing.
Collating pre-planned maintenance and false alarm stats for reporting in line with our KPI's.
Provided support to the Project team with writing specifications and completion of installation paperwork in line with our third party accreditation requirements.
Requirements
Skills
Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work as part of a team but with the ability to work on your own with minimum supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication and telephone manner.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with people on all levels.
Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications
English and Maths, grade 9-4 / A*- C or equivalent
Outstanding candidates may be considered without but must be capable, with support of achieving within first 12 months.
