Operational Product Development Apprentice

At Develop Training you will be working towards the Business Admin Level 3 apprenticeship over the duration of 18 months alongside your daily roles and responsibilities.

Through careful liaison with all internal and external stakeholders, the Operational Product Development Apprentice will strive to achieve the highest possible quality and cost efficiency, by developing and maintaining Develops products including;

- Creation of an annual plan and frequency for improving current delivery materials onto the latest Develop course pack model

- Supporting the delivery team to create new course products in line with the latest course pack model

- Ensuring course materials are in the correct format to be moved onto the new digital platform

- Developing with the delivery team the pre/on/post course support for all our delegates through the new digital platform, and identifying opportunities to increase content/resource

- Feedback to the delivery team with ideas for ensuring courses are structured in a way which suits the needs of Develops customers in line with the latest course pack model

- Through liaison with the deliver team, ensuring that the assessment materials meet the criteria set out by the awarding organisations and the latest course pack model

- The delivery materials are stored correctly and in a way that ensures ease of use for all parties

- Regular and frequent meetings take place with responsible managers to review the course priority list

- The training materials are branded correctly and in the correct format

- To suggest and support development of new course materials to improve the trainer toolbox

- Building relationships with subject experts in all business areas and gaining a deep understanding of the business, training needs of our customers, and e-learning strategy

- Working with relevant departmental managers and subject specialists to identify opportunities for e-learning

- To consider and share new ideas for innovative solutions that improve all learning opportunities

- Invigilation of exams in York

- To maintain excellent standards of internal and external communications in a way which is presentable, professional, and courteous at all times

- To act as a front-line ambassador for Develop and its values
