What will the apprentice be doing?
  • Spend four years with our expert team and you'll gain the sort of practical knowledge you simply can't develop in the classroom
  • You'll experience the full breadth of our global supply chain as you take on placements in different areas of our business
  • You'll get broad experience as you carry out your placements, delving into the detail of how materials get from A to B, the packaging we use and even making improvements to this complex supply chain in a mix of day-to-day tasks and project work
  • As well as getting on-the-job training on real-life projects, you'll also study for a BA (Hons) degree

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
  • Apprenticeship standard - Project manager Degree (Level 6)
  • BA (Hons) in Project Management plus a professional qualification recognised by the Association of Project Management (APM)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

If you successfully complete your apprenticeship you can continue into a long an successful career with Rolls-Royce or you will gain skills to support you in a number of roles.
