What will the apprentice be doing?

A typical day

• Not only will you gain a BSc Degree in Digital & Technology Solutions, you'll also gain invaluable experience of working at the UK's leading privately held IT Consultancy.
• You'll get real-life, hands-on experience on projects, supported by our award-winning Academy, with supplemental training with industry experts to develop your technology skills.
• You'll start your career with comprehensive training and induction, gaining valuable insights into working at BJSS.
• You'll develop expertise across a range of capabilities including development, testing, infrastructure, cloud, business analysis, delivery management and more. We'll develop your technical skills too, from programming languages like Java to containerising and deploying solutions to Azure and AWS.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This programme runs for 36 months culminating in a BSc in Digital and Technology Solutions, which is fully funded by BJSS. During that time, you'll experience multiple facets of BJSS from our internal support functions to our Technical Delivery and Business Consulting divisions alongside your degree studies.
