Things to consider
5 GCSE's including Maths, English Language and three other subjects at Grade 5/B. 3 A levels - 1 must be Maths at Grade B, A level in Physics, Engineering or STEM subject Grade C plus 1 A level at Grade C Equate to 112 UCAS points OR Btec Level 3 extended diploma in appropriate discipline, must include A level Maths Grade B- Equate 112 UCAS points
- All the way through your apprenticeship, you'll work alongside engineering professionals
- Gain a foundation in engineering principles and go on to placements in different areas of the company. These last six months each, and allow you to develop an understanding of what working in that area means
- All of this will give you practical knowledge in areas such as introducing new products, controlling change and continuously improving existing manufacturing processes, acquiring new technology, implementing digital manufacturing solutions and interfacing with suppliers
- You'll learn how to manage projects and costs, how to design and validate manufacturing processes, solve engineering problems, and implement quality assurance methods
- We recruit Apprentices into a number of different areas. You'll enjoy on-and-off-the-job training and opportunities to progress
