What will the apprentice be doing?

Key Accountabilities:

• Gain knowledge of, and understand construction materials and methods, their characteristics and detailing
• Gain knowledge of, develop and employ all necessary engineering skills
• Gain knowledge, understand and ensure safe construction practice according to SHE policy
• Gain knowledge, understand and assist the Project Engineer to implement the structural inspection and test plans
• Gain knowledge, understand and assist in the promotion of Wates Action on the contract
• Manage Quality Standards required by both the company and client

• BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering degree Apprenticeship Standard

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

• On sucessfull completion you will progress to Site Engineer role
