What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
In partnership with CIPs, the Commercial Procurement and supply Level 4 Apprenticeship has been developed to build a person's capability to manage and guide within a successful Supply Chain procurement environment. Graduating with CIPS level 4 Diploma in Procurement & Supply and also Student membership of CIPS during apprenticeship and Diploma Level membership upon passing End Point Assessment
Details of some of the areas covered within the Apprenticeship.
Identifying approaches to achieve agreements with external and internalorganisations
Cost and pricing models and commercial concepts and how they influence supplier/customerbehaviours.
Using a range of contract and supplier performance monitoring, management and reportingtechniques
Carrying out cost management, including the cost base, and variances frombudget
Evaluating costs by comparison with industry standards or highperformers
Identify data sources to meet the your team's requirements
Cleanse and manage data
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets
Analyse data to produce actionable insight
Produce a range of standard and non standard statistical and data analysis reports
Clearly and convincingly present a range of solutions derived from assessing data
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
By the end of our Apprenticeship, you will have developed the professional knowledge combined with the skills and behaviours to become a successful Procurement Specialist. This role could lead to becomeing a Senior Procurement Leader
