What will the apprentice be doing?
We are looking for 2 candidates, prefably with a fashion background but our apprentices will be responsible for manageing our international sales or UK sales.
The role would involve putting a commercial plan in place, targeting keys stores in the UK and internationally. Having and building a strong relationship is key and essential to the success of this position. This is a key position within the company and with initiative and commitment the role can be varied, exciting and extremely rewarding career wise.
The ideal candidate will need to be ambitious, focused and driven with a 'can do' attitude!

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop sales with new customers, open accounts
- Expand wholesale presence, with emphasis on bringing new business
- Research into and strategic targeting of new accounts to procure new business
- To proactively develop relationships and identify/develop new business opportunities
- Building up and nurturing accounts to foster good relationships and increase sales
- Processing orders and ensure they are delivered to customer expectations and within critical path
- Achieving set sales targets and budgets while also exceeding expected profit margins
- To ensure effective communication at all levels, internally and externally and managing the full critical path
- You will research & plan a creative concept which is relevant, inspiring, and transitional to ensure that you are up to date with the latest trends
- As an Account Manager you will be working closely with the design & production teams from the initial briefing through to production and delivery
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 4 Sales Executive which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures. Our training is all complete remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7
- You receive 20% off the job training during this Apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours
