Balfour Beatty offers a comprehensive training programme in Project Management with the opportunity of completing industry recognised vocational qualifications. You will provide effective, efficient, confidential and comprehensive administrative support to our business. As part of the Apprenticeship scheme you will be supported with gaining an Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship as well as other training opportunities.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, we will look to explore further opportunities within Balfour Beatty and further development of you and your career.

A Level or equivalent any related subject (Grade - 2 A Levels) Essential
- Agreeing the timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project
- Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of a project
- Resource management of a project - ensuring we have the right people at the right time
- Negotiating with contractors and suppliers for materials and services
- Reporting regularly on progress to project stakeholders
- Resolving any issues / delays which may occur
- Reviewing project procedures
- Preparing the final report at the end of a project
- Giving clear timescales and objectives to the team
- Communicating with clients, contractors, colleagues and suppliers and, managing several projectssimultaneously with a team of project managers to support you in the delivery
