Lettings Assistant apprentice

They have a dedicated sales and dedicated lettings team who will guide and support clients through the process of either buying, selling, letting, or renting. , to recruit for their next Lettings Assistant apprentice, based in Romford.

As an apprentice, what will I be doing?

• Telephone duties
• Registering tenants
• Appointment scheduling (routine visits/ valuations appointments)
• Administrative tasks (scanning/filing etc)
• Supporting tenants with maintenance queries
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of all properties
• Assisting in property management (support tenants with property queries)
• Arranging access to properties for tradesmen

What are the working hours, pay and benefits on offer?

As a Lettings Assistant apprentice you will be required to work Tuesday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 and Saturday, 09:00 - 17:00  In return you will be receive a salary of £15,000.

 
What training will I undertake and what qualification will I get at the end?
Housing and property management assistant Level 2 (GCSE) supported with a 121 coach and e-learning platform.

Functional Skills level 2 in Maths and English if required.

What is my expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Our team has 2 apprentices, one has completed their course, one just about to finish and both have progressed in their careers and chosen fields
