Job summary

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to start your career in HR, more specifically recruitment!This role is key to supporting the organisation attract and onboard the best staff to deliver excellent patient care.

You will learn how to publish job adverts, set up interviews and conduct employment checks to NHS employment check standards. You will learn excellent customer service and prioritisation skills to give our candidates the best experience possible.

The Resourcing Team is part of the Human Resources Department and provides a support function to the entire organisation on recruitment and retention issues. This apprenticeship offers a unique and diverse opportunity to develop a full range of skills in this area, with a team that possess a wealth of knowledge, talent and expertise.

Apprenticeship Standard - Customer Service Level 2

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will be responsible for customer service duties, taking enquiries from managers, staff and the general public. Customer interactions will cover a wide range of situations including; face-to-face, telephone, post, and email. You will also play an important administrative role within the team, completing a variety of clerical tasks in a timely manner, in order to support the team.
