What will the apprentice be doing?

• The apprentice will gain a solid foundation within a professional design office and have the opportunity to learn from professional and friendly individuals
• Typically the type of work Design Apprentices will be involved in will include; assisting in the production of scoping calculations and supporting analysis, models, drawings, design based documentation and technical reports for customers or specific projects.
• As part of the apprenticeship, individuals will spend time undertaking placements across a range of business areas

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 5 Nuclear Technician Apprenticeship Standard.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

On completion the apprentice will be equipped to apply for internal roles.
