Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant Department: Recruitment Location: London Reports to: Senior Recruitment Consultant/Team Leader Purpose of the Role: To support the recruitment team in delivering high-quality recruitment services to clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and identify suitable candidates for open roles. Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open roles. Client Management: Develop relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs. Provide clients with regular updates on the recruitment process and progress. Job Advertising: Draft and place job advertisements on relevant platforms and job boards. Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates. Candidate Management: Maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring that their experience is positive and that they are well-informed throughout the recruitment process. Database Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates, clients, and job vacancies. Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry and market trends, identifying new business opportunities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Any German speaking skills a bonus Skills & Competencies: Customer-focused approach.
