As a learning support assistant, you will be working in classes of 3-6 pupils with a staff to student ratio of 1:1. The school has recently been graded as good in key categories such as leadership and management and behaviour. This has largely been achieved through the school s commitment to its Restorative processes and programs, a lot is achieved through positive reinforcement.
