The school offers a restorative, therapeutic approach to education and behaviour management, they want their children engaged in key and personal skills, giving the children skills they can use in and out of school. As a learning support assistant, you will be working in classes of 3-6 pupils with a staff to student ratio of 1:1. The school has recently been graded as good in key categories such as leadership and management and behaviour.
