What will the apprentice be doing?
A project management / analysis role with a focus on forward thinking and change management.
A level of maturity is required as the successful candidate will be privy to highly sensitive and confidential information.

Associate Project Manager Level 4.
All training and learning will be delivered on site.

Possible full-time employment on completion of apprenticeship.

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade 4 or above) Essential
A Level or equivalent Business Administration (Grade Pass) Desired
A project management / analysis role with a focus on forward thinking and change management.
A level of maturity is required as the successful candidate will be privy to highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Reporting - gather KPI information related to manufacturing, cost, quality and reporting to Director.
- Help manage dashboards in Excel and Tableau
- Manipulation of data, coordination of information
- Reporting milestones - extracting information well ahead of set deadlines to allow for the proper consideration and analysis of the information.
- Project management - timescale planning, Gantt Charts, assisting on a variety of projects
- Exposure to work on a variety of projects with senior management - e.g. digitisation, 5G network
- Follow up and coordinate documentation/content for site Directors.
- Participate in implementing change management activities
- Interacting with the Site Manager's direct reports as required (both roles, exposure/interacting with Site Senior Managers)
- Handling confidential and sensitive information
- Outlook - Intermediate use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint for day-to-day work and projects
