What will the apprentice be doing?
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal stakeholder teams
  • Customer needs analysis: Identify, understand, and address customer needs in a professional manner
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Following up with customers on submitted bids and quotes to close the loops in the pipeline
  • Prepare regular reports of progress/performance and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Analyse trends, data, demographics, and other information that could potentially improves sales performance
  • Propose and present solutions: Develop sales proposals and deliver them using a presentation style and technique appropriate for your customer
  • Present relevant services, explain features and their advantages, and clearly articulate the value and benefit of the solution for the specific customer
  • Use and adapt a range of techniques to draw-out and overcome common sales objections
  • Complete accurate records and process sales in accordance with your organisation's policies, procedures and digital CRM systems

Digital skills:
  • Effectively use digital tools to conduct research and target customers in line with the overall sales strategy
  • Able to deliver presentations and meetings using digital communication

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will work towards a level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship.

All training will be delivered remotely with a dedicated development coach.
