This will give you the opportunity to gain a Level 6 Degree Sales/Account Manager apprenticeship standard as well as a BSC in Business-to-Business Sales with the advantage of gaining relevant work-life skills.

This 36-month programme teaches you to analyse customer needs and create solutions by selecting appropriate products or services, linking their features and benefits to the customer's requirements. In addition, you will develop customer relationships by establishing rapport and building trust and confidence with demonstration of detailed product knowledge, competitor knowledge and an understanding of the market in which your business operates in, and by ensuring a positive customer experience.

We are looking for Sales Apprentices who are keen to develop their understanding of sales processes, programs and products to deliver results that help surprise and delight our Selling Partners.

Working here means being entrepreneurial, being customer obsessed, thinking big and challenging the status quo, whilst working collaboratively to make the impossible a reality. Trust and empowerment are paramount to the way we work - it's what allows us to do things differently as well as be bold and creative.

We're passionate about our vision and values-lead culture which is governed by our leadership principles and we are committed to building a workforce which reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve. Together we're building a truly inclusive workplace where all our colleagues have the chance to make a real difference.
