What will the apprentice be doing?

As an Operations and IT Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to rotate across several key functions across Operations and IT which include:

-Dev Ops

- Data

- Innovation Foundry

- Continuous Improvement & Automation

- Cyber

- Service Management.

This will help you understand the way our business operates and will help build your portfolio of technical and business skills. On your final rotation you will be given an opportunity to specialise in your preferred function.

You will be supported and challenged throughout the programme whilst working on a number of projects and initiatives ensuring you put the customer at the heart of all we do, embed the Zurich culture and set you on your way to a successful career with us.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Alongside work you will complete a Level 6 BSc Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will take 36 months plus an End Point Assessment. Rest assured; we will support your study time alongside your permanent role.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

After the successful completion of your apprenticeship programme you'll have lots of opportunities to shape and grow your career.
