What will the apprentice be doing?
You will spend the first 2 years moving around the business, gaining Knowledge and skills in various disciplines including Mechanical and Electrical design through Production, Development and Process Engineering, Tasks include
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will start with a block release at Colchester Institute to master the basic engineering disciplines (PEO level 2 qualification) and continue with day release for the duration of the scheme to gain your qualifications HNC, HND and Degree, which will give you a level 6 degree Apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
There are a number of pathways you may take upon completion of the apprenticeship, some may want to move toward technical specialist, some may want to move in more managerial roles. All are possible for those who excel during their apprenticeship

- Design and manufacture of jigging
- R&D activities on new devices
