What will the apprentice be doing?

The Sales Apprentice role is a key member of the team and we are looking for an individual with exceptional drive & passion for brands and commitment to ensure our brands show up fantastically well.
The work of the Activation Specialist will have a lasting impact on our brands in the key cities they operate and beyond as they pioneer a new way of working that can be replicated across the UK Sales Division. Each day is a new experience - you definitely won't be bored! We work in a wide variety of locations, from pubs & clubs, to high end restaurants, and large scale events.

You'll gain both depth and breadth of experience across a range of tasks along side building relationships with colleagues and customers is a key part of the apprenticeship.

What you'll be doing:
  • Create & deliver innovative ways of activating multiple brands within outlets across key cities - using a grounding of brilliant brand knowledge and a deep understanding of consumer & customer needs
  • Build customer facing relationships
  • Seek and develop new opportunities to drive our amazing brands in outlet through customer digital & social channels
    Partner with an overall team to deliver our premium beverage plans

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
  • Sales Executive Standard Level 4 HNC and Training will be done in-house

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

To continue to progress within the Sales Function potential role of Brand Development Manager.
